Short-Term Rental Management Website

Host me

Host me is a Saudi company based in Jeddah that manages daily-rental units for property owners through its own platform and a field team. We designed and built its website in Arabic: a home page that walks an owner from the problem to the service, pages for services and furnishing, a guide to the daily-rental regulation and a property evaluation form.

Every screen

One experience, every device.

Designed for phones first, then scaled to tablet and desktop without losing structure.

What the platform does

  • Arabic right-to-left layout on every page
  • Owner problems section with small illustrated cards
  • Comparison table: the traditional way and Host me
  • Services split into technical and field services
  • Furnishing page with scope, four steps and an inspection form
  • Guide page for the daily-rental regulation
  • Guest reviews section with the source platform on each review
  • Free property evaluation form on the home, regulation and contact pages

The brief

From problem to platform.

Challenges

A property owner who is thinking about handing over a unit needs to understand a service that mixes software and field work, and to trust it, before sending any details.

  1. A service with a technical side and a field side that must read as one offer
  2. Owners who arrive with different worries: bookings, pricing, guests, cleaning
  3. A new regulation that owners need explained in plain terms
  4. A separate furnishing service that must not get lost inside the main one
  5. Several visitor paths: owners, guests who want to book, and platform users

Solutions

We built an Arabic site in the brand's purple and orange that takes the owner step by step from the problem to the evaluation form.

  1. A services diagram that puts technical and field services side by side under one logo
  2. Four problem cards near the top, each with its consequence, followed by a task-by-task comparison table
  3. A regulation page with key points as cards and a side-by-side comparison of who manages the unit
  4. A dedicated furnishing page with what is included, a four-step timeline and its own request form
  5. A header with separate buttons for booking and platform login, and one evaluation form repeated across pages
