Challenges

A driver stuck on the road looks for help on a phone and needs a number to call right away, in French or in English.

  1. Visitors who are in a hurry and on a small screen
  2. Two languages for one local audience
  3. Several services, from long-distance towing to a tyre change
  4. A service area that covers more than one city
  5. Common questions that should be answered before the call

Solutions

We built a short, direct site: what the company does, where it works and how to reach it, in both languages.

  1. A phone button that stays on screen on every page
  2. The same pages in French and English, one click apart
  3. Service cards split into towing and smaller roadside jobs
  4. The cities served named at the top of the home page
  5. An FAQ and a contact form that asks which service is needed
